Cannabidiol (CBD) is quickly becoming the most popular cannabis derivative around the world. The cannabinoid is taking the wellness world by storm, thanks to its wide range of reported benefits. One of the most exciting areas in which CBD is being brought to the forefront is in the skincare industry. On this note, we tried out some exciting products from Blossom’s new CBD skincare range to review them and let you know what we thought!
We have tried the whole of Blossom’s new CBD skincare range including their new night cream and day cream, infused with a range of nourishing, natural ingredients. Blossom has utilised innovative molecular technology to improve the activity of CBD’s potential skincare properties.
Obviously, the first thing we notice when trying new CBD products is their packaging! On this front, Blossom has done a great job. The brand’s CBD night and day creams come in simple and sophisticated boxes, each with their own defining colours. The creams themselves are contained in stylish frosted glass pots which add a feeling of luxury to the products. But how did the contents contend with the containers?
Blossom CBD Night Cream
Waking up with your face feeling dry and tight is probably familiar to most people. This is thanks to your skin becoming dehydrated overnight. For many people, taking their ‘beauty sleep’ actually requires the assistance of a nourishing and hydrating night cream and to this end, we were thrilled to give Blossom’s CBD Night Cream a go!
Infused with a variety of nourishing ingredients, including skincare favourite hyaluronic acid and soothing green tea extract, Blossom’s CBD night cream aims to hydrate and rejuvenate your skin to prevent it from drying out overnight. And I found that it did just that!
Application
The cream itself feels rich with almost a whipped kind of consistency. Thanks to the richness of the formulation, a small amount of this product goes a long way. When applied to my face and neck, I immediately felt a burst of refreshment and rich hydration. But the real test would be how my skin felt the next morning.
Results
When I woke up the next day I noticed that my face still felt hydrated and my skin felt soft, smooth, and soothed. I have continued to use Blossom’s CBD night cream for a few weeks now, and I am very pleased with the results it has had on the look and feel of my skin! Overall, I think this is a great skincare product, and I would be very happy to continue using this night cream.
Blossom CBD Day Cream
Next up for review is Blossom’s day cream, again featuring hyaluronic acid, alongside macadamia oil, shea butter and vitamin E, as well as their signature CBD nisosome technology. After a positive first experience with Blossom’s CBD night cream, I was looking forward to trying out the other half of the pair. After cleansing my face in the morning, I again applied the product to my face and neck.

Application
My first impression of the texture of this product was that it felt a little oily. However, I was pleased to discover that the cream was absorbed quite quickly and evenly and didn’t make my face look or feel oily.
Results
Having applied the product before my makeup, I found that my makeup application wasn’t affected by the cream. My make up stayed put without sliding around – which I was a little worried about when first feeling the texture of the cream. Best of all, I found that my skin remained hydrated and soothed all day long, right up until I came back round to using Blossom’s night cream, again.
Final Notes
I have been using these products in combination for a few weeks now, and I am very pleased with the results. I look forward to carrying on using them in the future!
